DAI Conference App Terms of Use

• The DAI Conference App is intended for invitation-only access.
• Access is limited to authorized users who have been assigned to a conference by an administrator.
• Users must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
• Passwords and access codes may not be shared with any other person.

• Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its accounts, or its systems.
• Users may not disrupt, damage, interfere with, copy, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the app.
• Users may not use the app in violation of applicable law or these Terms of Use.

App content, including text, layouts, graphics, schedules, and materials, is owned by or licensed to DAI Securities LLC. Content may not be reproduced or redistributed without authorization.

Conference schedules, speakers, sessions, locations, and related information may change. Information displayed in the app is provided for attendee convenience and may be updated or corrected at any time.

The app may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, updates, or circumstances outside the control of DAI Securities LLC.

DAI Securities LLC may suspend or terminate access when a user is no longer authorized, when a conference concludes, or when a user violates these Terms of Use.

• The app may rely on third-party services, hosting providers, authentication providers, or external links.
• External websites and third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices.
• DAI Securities LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
